a. Storage


We are committed to ensuring proper storage conditions for the goods stored, preventing any direct external factors from impacting the products inside, and ensuring hygiene for all stored goods in the warehouse. However, we refuse or do not take responsibility for natural damage or goods that require special storage conditions that we cannot provide.

Within 60 days from the date of the first product entry into the warehouse, if no outbound orders occur, EFEX will terminate the storage service and return the goods to the customer.

For long-term stored products that are not sold (over 180 days), EFEX reserves the right to return the goods to the seller or increase the storage fee by three times the agreed-upon rate in the event that the seller refuses to accept the goods.

a. Packaging


Customers are required to comply with EFEX's packaging regulations when entering the warehouse.
