6. Handling undeliverable parcels

If there are no special requests, the postal item will be delivered to the recipient's address a maximum of 2 times. If no one signs for the shipment, the shipment may be subject to storage and return fees.

For addresses that are organizations, agencies, and unions, delivery will only be made to the clerical, administrative, permanent, security, authorized person, or at the request of that organization or agency.

For domestic postal items, if there is no return request from the sender, the postal items will be kept at the delivery post office and will be converted into unclaimed postal items if the storage period is exceeded.

For international parcels, follow the separate regulations of each country's shipping companies and the world postal union.
