2. Commodity regulations

All goods transported through EFEX must commit to comply with the provisions of Vietnamese Law and the individual regulations of each Partner. For goods on the prohibited list according to the provisions of Vietnamese law and the regulations of each partner that EFEX cooperates with, EFEX will not be responsible if the goods are seized or destroyed. Customer will be fully responsible for compensating EFEX/Partner and responsible before Vietnamese Law when sending goods in violation of this Policy and Terms of Use and Vietnamese Law.
