Workflow for processing and fulfilling orders when you have integrated from e-commerce platforms into EFEX's OMS software

Orders generated from e-commerce platforms and sales channels are synchronized with the OMS. The system will automatically push order information to the WMS for processing. Steps such as preparing, picking, packaging, handing over for transportation, and confirming delivery will be carried out by Fulfillment by EFEX and updated in the system. Then, you only need to track the order status in your order management software.
